New Year, New Name, Same Great Service!
The new year brings a new beginning for Vehicle & Asset Solutions as we change our trading name to Auxiga.
The name change will align us with our parent company, Auxiga, who are headquartered in Paris, operating across France and Benelux.
Our name change is part of a simple rebrand – nothing else will be changing. You will be dealing with the same people and receiving the same great service. As the Auxiga team, we will have the same commitment to excellence.
Maximising on a unified brand, minimising impact to clients
The main change that you will see is the new Auxiga logo on our communications, and emails arriving from auxiga.co.uk rather than vehicleassetsolutions.eu. There will be no impact on contractual relationships, as we are only changing our trading name. This means:
- There will be no change to the company legal entity
- There will be no change at Companies House
- There will be no change to our VAT number
- There will be no changes to existing contracts
Just a shiny new name as we move forwards together into 2026.
