A day in the life of a Auxiga UK Auditor

Bill Forbes has spent nearly a decade as an auditor for Auxiga, physically verifying vehicles and equipment (cars, motorcycles, farm and construction machinery, cranes, and more) across dealerships and industrial sites in north-east Scotland. His work relies on careful monthly route planning and Auxiga's SMART mobile technology to confirm each asset's identity via VIN or serial number, capture photo evidence, and submit reports on the spot.

Assignments range from small local jobs to massive operations, like one covering over 40 dealership sites and roughly 4,500 vehicles.

After 25 years in the motor trade, Bill values the flexibility, variety, and independence the role offers, working around ten or eleven days a month rather than fully retiring.

« The whole purpose of every audit is to 'touch the metal' »
