our history
The group’s roots date back to 1919 with the creation of the Belgian company Warrant and then in 1974 of the Société Auxiliaire de Garanties (Auxiga) in France.
In 2009, the creation of the subsidiary Auxicontrol, specialized in asset control, allows to expand the activity.
The Auxiga Group was born with the acquisition of Sofigarant in 2014 followed by that of Eurogage a few years later at the end of 2019.

Our ambition: to support our customers with an expanded and tailor-made offer
Leader in France and Belgium in the guarantee on stocks, the group expands to the Netherlands in 2019 in the asset control market, then to the UK and Ireland in 2021 through the acquisition of VAS (Vehicle & Asset Solutions Ltd).
Since September 2023, Auxiga has taken a new step with the acquisition of BFR Expertise & Solutions. The group thus strengthens its consulting activity by diversifying its product expertise: factoring, credit insurance, leasing, etc.
The Auxiga group has nearly 140 employees spread throughout Europe to be closer to its customers.

Dedicated support for midsize companies and large groups
The Auxiga Major Accounts Department supports creditors (agencies dedicated to large companies, bankers' boards, structured financing departments, funds...) as well as clients and their advice in structuring more complex operations.
The mobilisation of stocks in the framework of RCF-type arrangements, Revolving Credit Facility, responds well to the need for financing groups in a wide range of areas of activity.
